Thrace Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary Synthetic (Holdings) Limited, completed its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of BHA Holdings on 30 March 2026 for total consideration of approximately $22 million. This acquisition is a significant milestone for Thrace Group and its strategy to expand its global Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) / bulk bags activities and strengthen its commercial presence within the Oceania markets.
BHA Holdings, through its subsidiaries Bulk Handling Australia and Bulk Handling New Zealand, has a strong history in the Australian and New Zealand packaging sectors with over 40 years of industry experience. The Bulk Handling group offers integrated packaging solutions, including FIBCs / bulk bags, storage systems, bag unloading equipment and material handling equipment.
