Becketts Lawyers is acting for Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited and Taylor Collison Limited on Mighty Craft’s placement and accelerated, non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer which will raise a total of $29 million.

The capital raising, which is fully underwritten by Canaccord and Taylor Collison, is being undertaken to fund the cash component of the transformational acquisition of the Adelaide Hills Group by Mighty Craft.
