Becketts advises Kinetic on the acquisition of Crawn Motors

Kinetic Holding Company Pty Ltd (Kinetic) is a Melbourne-based and globally recognised transport network across Australasia, the UK, Europe and Asia, with bus and rail operations keeping people moving and cities and communities connected. Crawn’s Motors Pty Ltd (Crawn Motors) operates school bus services and charter tours in Burnie and the surrounding north-west region of Tasmania.

Kinetic completed the 100% acquisition of Crawn Motors by way of share purchase.
