Becketts advises LGVP on its $30 million investment in Lyka Pet Food

LGVP is a private investment fund led by renowned entrepreneur Itai Tsiddon, who previously co-founded video and imaging editing app Lightricks, and was a lead investor in online video review and collaboration software company Frame.io.

Lyka Pet Food is a pet food start-up that offers fresh, human-grade meals as a subscription service to dogs across Australia. Lyka Pet Food’s products are formulated by veterinarian and Lyka Pet Food co-founder Dr Matthew Muir, in consultation with a team of veterinary nutritionists.
