Becketts advises InvestorHub on its $4m capital raise

Becketts Lawyers acted for InvestorHub, a Melbourne-based shareholder engagement platform, on its latest $4m Series A capital raise.

The capital raising, led by existing shareholder Early-Stage Venture Capital (EVP), will be used to build market share in Australia and internationally, in markets such as the UK and North America, and will also be invested into product development to enable quicker insights for companies and investors.

The Becketts team, which was led by Adam Laidlaw, Partner and supported by Steven Finocchiaro, Associate, was delighted to assist InvestorHub on the successful capital raising.
