Becketts Lawyers acted for Ord Minnett Limited and Bell Potter Securities Limited on Straker Translations’ placement and accelerated, non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer which will raise a total of $20 million.

The proceeds of the capital raising, which was fully underwritten by Ord Minnett and Bell Potter, will be used to accelerate Straker’s growth strategies and pay down debt.
