Becketts advises Tuscan Equity on its acquisition of ThinkSmart Limited

ThinkSmart is a specialist digital payments platform business with exposure to the global technology and payments space via a shareholding in Block, Inc (NYSE listed) in addition to operations within retail consumer and business finance through its proprietary SmartCheck system and provision of an outsourced call centre customer support service for Clearpay.

Tuscan Equity completed the acquisition of ThinkSmart by way of scheme of arrangement.
