Becketts advises Two Circles on acquisition of Codeware

Two Circles is a global data driven sports business that assists over 300 leading sports rights-owners including the NFL, UEFA, F1, Premier League and ICC to use data to drive commercial growth.

Codeware, founded in 2013, specialises in digital strategy and transformation and has assisted clients such as Cricket Australia, New Zealand Rugby, AFL, ESPN, Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust and Melbourne Racing Club.

This acquisition takes Two Circles’ global headcount to over 500 staff across six international offices, with Melbourne joining London, Paris, Bern, New York and Los Angeles.
