Becketts advises Bosch on its acquisition of MoTeC

MoTeC is a global supplier of automotive electronic products including vehicle and engine control units, displays, data loggers and onboard power supply control units for both conventional and electric motorsport vehicles. MoTeC-equipped cars regularly compete in premier racing series such as Le Mans, NASCAR, FIA GT, Australian V8 Supercars, IndyCar, Dakar Rally and World Superbikes.

MoTeC and its global network of 250 dealers have now become part of Bosch Motorsport, a business unit of German-based Bosch Engineering GmbH (leading supplier of technology, electronics, components and service for motorsport and high performance applications).
